Registration Now Open!

The 2026 VLEOA International Training Conference is open for registration. This year the Conference will be held in the greater Washington DC area starting late in the afternoon on September 29th with a Reserve Roundtable Discussion. This year we have three hosts, each hosting a day of training. This years Conference will be hosted by The Metropolitan DC Police,  the Fairfax Virginia Police Department and the University of Virginia Center for Public Safety and Justice.

We are still working on hotel details and will make an announcement when we have that finalized.

We are also calling for proposals for presentations to be included at this year's conference. We want to give our membership an opportunity to participate in presenting information that would have great interest for the benefit of  other Conference attendees. Details are below.

This year we are offering a "SUPER SPECIAL FIRST 50 Registration" price of $159 for members and $199 for non-members for the first 50 registrations made by June 30, 2026. After those are sold out, an Early Bird price will be offered through June 30, 2026, of $179 for members and $259 for non-members. The regular rate will be available starting July 1, 2026 at $229 for members and $299 for non-members.

You can register for the conference by clicking here: VLEOA 2026 International Training Conference

Don't miss out on a great chance to train and network with other Law Enforcement volunteers and liaisons.

Please contact us at info@policereserve.org with any questions you may have.

2024 VLEOA Conference

WE LOVE OUR MEMBERS!

This conference marks our 15th anniversary of the Volunteer Law Enforcement Officer Alliance! We are nearly sold out for this year's incredible venue, but members can still register for $199, and $299 for non-members. (Members must log in to get the member rate!)

PLEASE NOTE: The conference resort hotel is now taking reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Once our room block has been sold out, there may not be any more rooms available.  To receive our conference room rate, you must make your VLEOA Conference Registration FIRST.  Please do not wait to make your conference reservation! (VLEOA room rates will not be honored through third party booking sites or IHG or airline points, etc...)

PLEASE NOTE: All conference registrations are final. VLEOA is not responsible for costs incurred by attendees or the inability to travel for any reason, including failure to obtain a passport for travel. Travel insurance is recommended.

Register for the conference at: https://vleoa.wildapricot.org/event-5720638

HOTEL REGISTRATION

Conference Hotel:

Our conference resort is situated on 6.5 acres of prime oceanfront real estate. This resort offers guests the ultimate in comfort, relaxation, and recreation. The resort's all-suite accommodations offer stunning ocean, pool or garden views from your large private balcony or patio.

We have secured a special conference rate at this resort, please use the link below to register at the hotel.

Register for the conference hotel: HERE

Some notes about our stay at this hotel:

  • Guests can book additional nights on either side of the room block nights, subject to availability, at the same conference room rate, between the dates of November 1 and November 10, 2024.

  • Please be sure to read and understand the hotel's booking and cancellation policy.

  • Please note that the hotel Service Fee/Tax is 38% and that there is a 3% Credit Card Transaction fee. A one night deposit is due upon booking and the remaining amount is due 15 days before their check in date.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you do not make any air reservations until your hotel booking is confirmed. A valid Passport for travel is required to enter the Grand Cayman Islands.

Follow the steps below to register:

  • Register for the conference by clicking on the conference registration link: https://vleoa.wildapricot.org/event-5720638

  • Use the web link to register for the hotel.

  • Book your flights or other travel as necessary.

  • Please note, we are working on conference transportation to and from the airport, but at this time, this is NOT guaranteed.  The Grand Cayman Islands do not utilize Uber or similar services, but taxis are available. A taxi from the airport to the resort is estimated to be approximately $60.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY NOTE: There is a current problem with the registration in that it prices a minimum of double occupancy, even if you are trying to book a single room. VLEOA is in contact with IHG to see how we can correct this, in the meantime any guest booking a room for single occupancy only can contact the hotel directly to make the correct-priced booking at reservations@grandcaymanian.com, or 1-855-722-9626.
