Poole Magistrates' Court hears case of man that racially abused a Special Constable on Poole Hill in Bournemouth in March of last year, months after committing a similar offence.

A statement from the officer was read to the court stating he has unfortunately become used to racial harassment since joining the police. Delays in the justice system allowed the second incident to occur according to District judge Lee Davies.
