VLEOA President Jeff Peeler was joined by Conference Committee Director Frank Fernandes and Advisory Board Member Leonard Lyn.

This years SRLEEA three day conference is being held at The University of Kansas, home of the Jayhawks.

As they navigate through the conference, Jeff, Frank, and Leonard are actively exploring new and interesting adventures that can potentially be incorporated into the VLEOA's yearly training conferences. Their goal is to enhance the overall experience for our participants, ensuring that each conference is not only informative but also engaging and memorable. Our leadership team is dedicated to incorporating fresh ideas and interactive elements that resonate with attendees, making the training sessions more impactful.

In addition to their exploration of new ideas, the VLEOA leadership has made numerous new contacts and potential sponsors and/or vendors for future events. These connections are vital for the growth and sustainability of the organization, as they open doors to new resources, funding opportunities, and collaborative initiatives. By fostering these relationships, the VLEOA aims to enhance the quality of its programs and ensure that members receive the best possible training and support.
