The Carson City Sheriff’s Office has released its February highlight reel showcasing key accomplishments from across the department — including the impactful service of its Reserve Deputy program and volunteers who donated thousands of hours in community support, special events, patrol assistance, and emergency response. The monthly media release underscores how reserve deputies and civilian volunteers help extend public safety capacity, support frontline operations, and strengthen community engagement across Carson City. Sheriff Robert “Bob” Plummer commended the collaborative effort of sworn deputies, reserve personnel, and civilian team members who continue to uphold public trust and enhance the quality of life for residents.
