South Simcoe Police Service "Caring with Cards and Carnations" sends 3,700 cards, hearts, and flowers to seniors.

Started in 2019 by Special Constable Elisabeth Aschwanden, local elementary students create the cards, which are paired with flowers from a local florist and knitted hearts from a local volunteer.
