VLEOA International Area Director Dr. Matthew Yap meets with Retired Malaysian Police Association Chairman to add 50 new members to our organization!

On 11 July 2026, 50 members of Penang Police Reserve Former Volunteers Association (PBSSPPP), also known as the Penang Police Former Volunteers Association joined the Volunteer Law Enforcement Officer Alliance (VLEOA) membership.


PBSSSPP Chairman Liew Hup Kheong met with members of the VLEOA, represented by Dr Matthew Yap, Board of Directors and International Area Director. Dr Yap extended an invitation to our new members to attend the 2026 International Conference in Washington DC from 29 September to 3 October 2026.

The VLEOA is a tax-exempt 501-C (3) Public Charity which has quickly become the leader in the training and support of reserve and auxiliary law enforcement officers world-wide.
