West Midland's Dudley Police Specials honored for outstanding community support & policing excellence

West Midlands Police has publicly recognized its team of Special Constables for their invaluable contributions to community safety, presenting awards to volunteers whose dedication has significantly supported local policing across the force area. The ceremony celebrated Specials who have given thousands of hours to patrols, public engagement, operations and neighborhood initiatives, reinforcing how these volunteer officers extend the reach of regular officers, build stronger trust with the public, and deliver real impact in crime prevention and community reassurance.

The tributes highlight the essential role Specials play in enhancing visibility, professionalism and community partnership within West Midlands policing.
