Serving Beyond the Badge — Madison County Reserve Deputy Fuller Recognized for Outstanding Service

Reserve Deputy Sheriff Scott Fuller of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office in Alabama has been recognized with the 2025 VFW Public Servant Award for Law Enforcement, honoring his exceptional dedication and service as a volunteer deputy. The award highlights Fuller’s commitment to public safety and community support through his service with the Reserve Deputy program, which supplements full-time deputies in patrol duties, community engagement and operational support. Sheriff’s Office leaders praised Fuller for his professionalism, work ethic and the impact he has made alongside his peers in protecting and serving residents of Madison County.
