We are pleased to announce that the Volunteer Law Enforcement Officer Alliance (VLEOA) has partnered with the Small & Rural Law Enforcement Executives Association (SRLEEA) for their 2026 National Conference and Training Summit.
The conference will take place July 26–28, 2026, in Orlando, Florida, bringing together law enforcement executives, command staff, and public safety professionals from across the country for three days of leadership development, training, and collaboration focused on the future of public safety.
As part of this partnership, VLEOA will be hosting three dedicated sessions on July 27:
Building What Lasts: Leveraging Volunteers to Impact Communities, Presenter: Ben Haiman
What Exploratory Opt‑In Survey Research Reveals About Volunteer Policing, Presenter: Adam Dobrin
The Next Generation of Volunteer Policing: Adapting to Future Challenges and Opportunities, Presenter: Ross Wolf
We are also pleased to offer an exclusive benefit to our members—VLEOA members can receive 50% off the SRLEEA conference registration via the recent email, sent out to all active members.
We hope to see some of our VLEOA community in Orlando for what promises to be an outstanding national convening.
Sincerely,
VLEOA President - Ben Haiman
