The Old Bridge Township Auxiliary Police Unit is actively recruiting new members. The Auxiliary Police program is currently accepting applications from qualified residents who are interested in serving their community in a volunteer capacity, assisting with crowd control, traffic direction, and support during community events and emergencies. The Auxiliary Officers are unpaid volunteers who receive training through the Middlesex Auxiliary Police Academy and provide critical operational support when requested by The Old Bridge Township Police Department. The recruitment effort highlights the continued importance of volunteer law enforcement programs in supplementing public safety services and expanding the department’s ability to respond to community needs.
