The San Juan County Sheriff's Office is shining a spotlight on Reserve Deputy Howlett as the agency prepares to launch a new Reserve Academy and recruit the next generation of volunteer law enforcement officers. In a recently shared video, Howlett spoke about why he volunteers his time with the Sheriff’s Office and the fulfillment that comes from serving the community as a Reserve Deputy.
